介绍港珠澳大桥岛隧工程设计施工总承包模式构建背景,该模式统筹考虑了价值引领、因地制宜、责任划分、风险划分、合同机制等构建策略,结合中国情境、国际惯例和项目特点构建了港珠澳大桥岛隧工程设计施工总承包模式并付诸实施。
The background information of Design-Build Contracting Model Development for the Islands ＆ Tunnel Engineering of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge （HZMB） Project is described. The leading function of value engineering, adaption to local conditions, division of different responsibilities and risks, contract systems, and other strategies are systematically considered. In combination of Chinese conditions, international practice and the characteristics of for the Islands ＆ Tunnel Engineering of HZMB Project the Project, the Design-Build Contracting Model is well developed and under execution now.
