摘要 将现代集成制造技术(CIM)和理念引入到传统的建筑业中,综合运用各种先进的现代化技术以及生产和经营理念,提高项目执行效率和水平,增强企业的市场竞争能力,是目前许多发达国家建设部门和大型建筑施工企业研究和探索的热点.首先对建筑业CIC提出背景以及CIC的可行性进行了探讨,尝试提出了新的CIC和CICS的概念.同时围绕"集成"这一概念,提出了CICS的三维集成框架.最后结合我国建筑行业的实际,提出了我国施工企业CICS的实施原则. ComputerIntegrated Construction (CIC) is proposed as a promising technology to enhance the productivity and efficiency of the A/E/C industry. CIC is currently a highpriority area of research and development in many countries. The feasibility of applying CIM concept to construction is discussed. Based on the CIC definition, an integration framework for ComputerIntegrated Construction system (CICS) is developed. Finally, the strategy of implementing CICS in constructor companies in China is analyzed, where conclusions and recommendations are given.
