摘要
根据产业生命周期理论和世界各高新技术产业发展态势,结合我国主要高新技术产业发展的实际,当前,我国信息技术产业已进入产业演化的成熟期,生物技术产业与新能源产业是分别处于产业演化的形成期和成长期。据此,我国信息技术产业应以应用创新和集成创新模式为主,并在局部孕育新突破的领域进行原始创新;在生物技术研发和生物农业、生物医药产业加强原始创新,而在生物工业领域采取引进消化吸收再创新模式;对新能源产业,则仍以引进消化吸收再创新模式为主,并推动市场开拓、技术创新和生产营销上下游一体化发展的集成创新。
According to industry life cycle theory and high - tech industry development trend of the world, with the actual major high - tech industry development in China, the Chinese information technology industry entered maturity of the indus- try evolution. The hiotechnology industry and new energy industry was respectively in the period of the formation and growth in the evolution of the industry. Accordingly, the Chinese information technology industry should take the application of in- novation and integrated innovation model as the main base, and carry out the original innovation in the local field of the breeding new breakthrough; it must strengthen the original innovation in R&D biotechnology and bio - agriculture, bio - pharmaceutical industry, and take the pattern of the introduction, digestion, absorption to innovation again in the bio - in- dustry field. New energy industry was the same as above. It is the integrated innovation in the integrated development of up- stream and downstream that pushes forward in marketing, technology innovation and production marketing.
