微小染色体维持蛋白2在妇科恶性肿瘤研究中的进展 被引量:2

摘要 微小染色体维持蛋白2(MCM2)是真核细胞DNA复制启动的许可因子。MCM2只在增殖细胞周期中表达,被视为特异性增殖相关因子,能够检测具有增生潜能的细胞和较好地区分正常组织、不典型增生及肿瘤组织。用MCM2作为肿瘤标志物提高了妇科恶性肿瘤的筛查检出率,有助于判定肿瘤预后,MCM2抗体及抑制剂有望成为治疗妇科恶性肿瘤的新靶点。
