摘要
目的:探讨Pim-3和MCM7蛋白在人肺腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化En-Vision法检测30例人正常肺组织和60例人肺腺癌组织中Pim-3和MCM7蛋白的表达,分析二者与临床病理特征之间的关系。结果:60例肺腺癌组织中Pim-3和MCM7蛋白的阳性表达均显著高于正常组(P<0.001,P<0.001),肺腺癌组中Pim-3和MCM7蛋白的阳性表达均与原发肿瘤的大小、组织学分级、淋巴结转移及TNM分期有关(P<0.02),而与患者的年龄、性别无关(P>0.05)。Pim-3与MCM7蛋白的表达水平呈显著正相关(r=0.786,P<0.01)。结论:Pim-3和MCM7蛋白的协同表达可能涉及了肺腺癌的发生、发展过程,Pim-3激酶可能是肺腺癌分子靶向药物治疗的新靶标。
Objective:To study the expression and clinical significance of Pim -3 and MCM7 protein in human lung adenocarcinoma tissues. Methods: The expression of Pim - 3 and MCM7 protein were examined by immunohisto- chemistry in 30 cases of normal lung tissues and 60 cases of lung adenocareinoma tissues. The relationship between expression levels and phathological characters was analyzed. Results: The positive expression of Pim - 3 and MCM7 protein in lung adenocarcinoma group were significantly higher than those in normal lung tissues group (P 〈 0. 001, P 〈 0. 001 ), respectively. The overexpresssion of Pim - 3 and MCM7 protein in lung adenocareinoma were significantly correlated with the size of primary tumor, histological grading, lymph node metastasis and clinical TNM staging(P 〈 0.02 ) , but no relationship with age and gender( P 〉 0.05 ) , Pim- 3 and MCM7 were significantly and direety cor- related with each other in lung adenoearcinoma ( r = 0. 786, P 〈0. 01 ). Conclusion : The overexpression of Pim - 3 and MCM7 protein may play an important role in the earcinognesis and progression of lung adenoearcinoma. The Pim -3 kinase may become a potential target of gene therapy to lung adenocareinoma.
