摘要
目的比较4种修复粘接材料-聚羧酸锌水门汀、玻璃离子水门汀(FujiI)、树脂改性玻璃离子水门汀(RelyX^(TM) Luting)、树脂类粘接剂(Super-Bond C&B)对人牙髓细胞的生物学作用。方法原代培养人牙髓细胞,同时制备各材料样品,浸入α-MEM培养基制取材料浸提液。分别将各材料的浸提液与第4代人牙髓细胞共同培养,以MTT法评价材料的细胞毒性。结果人牙髓细胞在4种修复粘接材料浸提液作用下,细胞相对增值率(RGR)与对照组相比均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。在相同浸提液浓度组,细胞毒性由低到高排序均为:聚羧酸锌水门汀<Fuji I<Super-Bond C&B<RelyX^(TM)Lutmg。结论聚羧酸锌水门汀、玻璃离子水门汀(FujiI)、树脂类粘接剂(Super-BondC&B)具有轻度细胞毒性。树脂改性玻璃离子水门汀(RelyX^(TM)Luting)具有中度细胞毒性。
Objective To test the cytotoxic effect of 4 kinds of dental luting agents-zinc phosphate cement,glass ionomer cement(FujiI),resin modified glassionomer cement(RelyX^(TM) Luting),resin composite cement(Super-Bond CB) on primary human pulp cells in vitro.Methods Normal human dental pulp was collected and cultured by tissue explant methods.The eluates of the dental cements were prepared.MTT method was used to evaluate the cytotoxicity of dental materials.Results The cytotoxicity of dental cements exhibited as following:zinc phosphate cementglass ionomer cement(FujiI)resin composite cement(Super-Bond CB)resin modified glassionomer cement(RelyX^(TM) Luting).The difference was statistically significant(P0.05 ).Conclusion Zinc phosphate cement,glass ionomer cement(FujiI),resin composite cement(Super-Bond CB) is mildly cytotoxic,and resin modified glassionomer cement (RelyX^(TM) Luting) moderately cytotoxic.
