摘要
以普遍应用于大、重型设备的液体静压推力轴承为对象,介绍了液体静压推力轴承的主要研究方向和研究方法,以及在各研究方向上取得的阶段性成果.成本控制方面,以加工量为目标优化了油腔形状,假设条件方面,引入润滑油变粘度条件及变形场影响条件;研究内容方面,分别研究了静压轴承的压力场,温度场,流场对静压轴承性能的影响.指出了存在的问题,提出了对研究方向的展望及可能的解决方法.
Hydrostatic thrust bearing is universally applied in large and high-load equipment.Main research directions,research methods of hydrostatic thrust bearing and the main conclusions obtained in the research are introduced.In terms of cost control,the shape of the oil cavity is optimized at the target of reducing processing capacity;in respect of assumptions,the conditions of variable viscosity lubricant and the influence of deformation field is considered;in study directions,such as influences on hydrostatic bearing performance of pressure field,temperature field and flow field is researched separately.Issues that still exist,prospects of research direction and possible resolutions are pointed out.
