新型螺旋油楔动静压滑动轴承的油腔结构研究 被引量:12

摘要 针对一种新型的螺旋油楔动静压滑动轴承,研究了油腔螺旋角、油腔深度以及油腔包角等油腔结构对该新型轴承静态性能的影响。结果表明,合适的油腔结构参数可以有效地实现轴承内润滑流体的分流,避免润滑油的重复加热,使轴承在保证一定的承载能力的前提下,降低轴承的摩擦功耗及轴承温升。 The irdluence of the geometry structure on the bearing performance was studied on a novel spiral oil wedge hybrid journal bearing, the geometry structures include the helix angle of the oil recess, depth of the oil recess and the wrap angle of the oil recess. The results show that, suitable geometry parameters of the oil recess can supply sufficient carrying capacity and make the lubrication separation effectively ,which can avoid the lubrication heat up repeated and slow down the temperature rise.
