摘要
利用有限元分析软件ANSYS,采用整体法计算了端面弧形浅槽机械密封的温度场,并在温度场的基础上利用ANSYS生死单元技术分析了其力热耦合变形。研究表明,端面弧形浅槽机械密封较普通机械密封能有效降低密封端面温度及变形锥度值,使密封性能明显改善。
The steady temperature fields of curved shallow groove mechanical seals were calculated using ANSYS which is a tool widely for finite element analysis. Furthermore, thr coupled deformation of strength and thermal was calculated. The result shows that the curved shallow groove mechanical seal can effectively reduce the highest face temperature and compoitive radial taper of the rings compared with the common mechanical seal, and the sealing performance is improved.
