用定向冷冻干燥法制备具有一维取向微孔结构的炭黑/聚乙烯醇导电复合材料 被引量:5

摘要 通过定向冷冻干燥法,制得了具有一维取向微孔结构的导电炭黑(CB)/聚乙烯醇(PVA)复合材料。对CB/PVA复合材料的导电性测试结果表明,该复合材料的导电逾渗行为并不完全符合经典的逾渗理论。由于CB/PVA复合材料特殊的取向微孔结构和炭黑于PVA基体的非均匀分布,使得其电阻率临界指数t值高于经典的逾渗理论的取值范围。 Aligned porous conductive carbon black(CB)/polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) composite is obtained through directional freeze-drying process in this paper.The result shows that the conductive property of CB/PVA composite does not obeys the universal percolation theory.The value of critical resistance exponent is not in the range predicted by the universal percolation theory.The nonrandomly distribution of CB in PVA matrix and the special aligned porous structure leads to the high value of resistance exponent.
