摘要
综述了炭黑/聚合物导电复合材料作为气敏传感材料的研究,并按未处理炭黑/聚合物复合材料和接枝炭黑/聚合物复合材料进行分类,分别从结构组成、有机溶剂或蒸汽对复合材料的导电性能影响等方面进行了分析。
Conductive polymer composites filled with conductive fillers have been widely used in electromagnetic interfoence shielding and electrostatic discharge applications. Recently, attempts have been made to prepare gas sensors with conductive carbon black/polymer composites. Considering the significant scientific and industrialization meanings of the materials, the updating research progress in this field was summarized in the paper. Composition, influence of organic solvents or vapors on the conduction properties and mechanisms of the composites were discussed in detail.
