摘要
研究了不同载药率的环丙沙星-聚氨酯(CFPU)前药抗菌材料在37℃、不同pH值条件下的水解释药情况。结果表明,载药率为16.2%时,在不同pH值条件下的降解释药量都比较大,不利于药物的保留。载药率为8.3%和13.5%时,在不同pH值条件下降解较少,药物的保留比较好。
The antibacterial ciprofloxacin-polyurethane (CFPU) prodrug with different drug content hydrolysis and release under different pH values at 37 ℃ was studied. The results showed that the CFPU drug release was more large under different pH values which was not favorable for the reverse of the drug when the drug content was 16.2%. When the CFPU drug content was 8.3% and 13.5% , the CFPU drug release was more smaller and had good drug reverse rate.
