摘要
有微相结构的嵌段型聚氨酯(SPU)具有良好的力学性能、高弹性、耐磨性、润滑性、耐疲劳性、生物相容性,生物稳定性,机械强度好等特点,被广泛应用于医学生物材料上。本论文着重介绍了聚氨酯材料在生物降解、生物相容、生物载体、抗菌以及其他方面的应用。
Medical biomaterials broadly adopt segmented polyurethane (SPU) with microphase structures, which takes on favorable mechanical property, high elasticity, wear resistance, lubricity, fatigue durability, biocompatibility, bio- logical stability and good mechanical strength. This article emphasizes on PU applications in biodegradation, biocompatibility, biological carrier and antibacterial and other aspects.
