摘要
介绍了我国氟化铵、氟化氢铵的生产现状和技术,对近年来出现的新技术、新工艺进行了归纳和对比,分析了各自的优缺点,着重介绍和推荐了满足医药和电子行业要求的气相法工艺。认为形成从磷肥企业的含氟废气吸收到生产氟化铵和氟化氢铵产品再到生产氟化氢产品的产业链,是发展趋势;并对医药和电子工业的特殊用途,应开发以气相法生产的质量更好的氟化铵和氟化氢铵。
The article briefly introduced the current situation of ammonium fluoride and ammonium bifluoride production technology in China,summarized and compared the new technologies and processes in recent years,analyzed their advantages and shortcomings,marcato introduced and recommended the gas phase method which could reach medicine and electronics industry's requirement.At last,the article pointed out the development direction of production and technology.
