Experimental research on product quality improvement of ammonium fluoride

摘要 氟化铵作为生产氟化盐的中间产物,其中的杂质含量制约着其他氟化盐产品的质量。氟化铵的生产方法有两种,一种是氢氟酸法,另一种是磷肥副产氟硅酸法,其中磷肥副产氟硅酸制氟化铵是行业发展方向也是国家政策导向要求,但制备过程中不可避免地使氟化铵的杂质含量偏高,最主要的是硅的含量偏高,从而限制了氟化铵的原材料升级和应用。通过采用氨水和氢氧化钾对氟化铵产品进行除硅实验研究,结果表明,该方法不仅可以除硅,而且也可以除磷,使得氟化铵产品质量得以提高。 Ammonium fluoride is a kind of intermediate product of fluoride production and its impurities restrict the quality of other fluoride products. There are two production methods of ammonium fluoride,i, e. hydrofluoric acid method and by-product fluosilicic acid from phosphate fertilizer method. The second method uses the fluosilicic acid, a by-product of phosphate fertilizer production to produce ammonium fluoride 1which is the industry's development direction and the require- ment of Chinese policy guidance, but the impurity is inevitably high during the preparation. Especially, the content of silicon is inevitably high, and thus the upgrading and application of ammonium fluoride raw material are limited. Silicon removing experiment were carried out with ammonia and KOH. Results showed that this method not only can remove silicon, but also can eliminate phosphorus so as to improve the quality of ammonium fluoride products.
