摘要
介绍了中国氟化氢铵的市场现状和生产技术现状,对近年来出现的新技术进行了归纳和对比,分析了各自的优缺点。"氟硅酸-液氨"液相法生产工艺目前趋于成熟,该方法既解决了磷肥企业的氟污染问题,也保护了萤石资源,为含氨氟化盐的深加工开辟了新途径。而气相法氟化氢铵产品由于纯度高、水含量低、产品颗粒小、比表面积大以及水溶性好等优点更加适合用于高纯领域,是今后氟化氢铵的重点发展方向。
Present situation of ammonium bifluoride's market and production technology in China was introduced.Latest tech- nologies in recent years were summarized and compared, and advantages and disadvantages thereof were analyzed.At pre- sent, the production technology of 'fluosilicic acid and liquid ammonia' with liquid phase method has become mature, which not only solved the problem of fluorine pollution of phosphate fertilizer enterprises ,but also protected the fluorite resources, opened up a new way for the deep processing of fluoride salt containing ammonia.Whereas,ammonium bifluoride products with the gas phase method, was more suitable for high purity field, and was the developing focus in the future, because of their high purity, low water content, small particle size, big specific surface area, and good water solubility etc..
