摘要
以间苯二甲酸、硝基苯胺为原料,经酰氯化、缩合及催化加氢还原合成了3种苯二甲酰胺类化合物,作为替代联苯胺的染料中间体。通过反应条件的优化,确定了适宜的加氢还原方法,得到了高收率的还原产物。所合成化合物的结构通过核磁共振、红外光谱及质谱等进行了表征。
Being substitutes of benzidine,three kinds of benzene diamide compounds were synthesized by chlorination,condensaton and catalytic hydrogenation with isophthalic acid,nitrobenzene as raw materials.The high yields were obtained and appropriate hydrogenation method was determined by optimization of reaction conditions.The structures of synthesized compounds were characterized by NMR,IR and MS.
