二氧化硅负载壳聚糖席夫碱钯催化苯乙酮加氢反应的研究 被引量:4

摘要 以二氧化硅为载体,制备了负载壳聚糖席夫碱钯催化剂,利用XRD、IR等方法对催化剂进行分析,并以苯乙酮为模型化合物,研究了该催化剂的羰基催化加氢还原为亚甲基的催化性能,考查了反应时间、反应温度、催化剂用量、溶剂等因素对催化反应的影响。结果表明,以常压氢气为还原剂,在温和条件下,该催化剂表现出了强的羰基催化加氢催化性能和高的还原为亚甲基的选择性,当催化剂用量为0.2 g,以乙醇为溶剂,氢气流量为45 mL/min,313 K下搅拌反应5 h,0.5 mL的苯乙酮催化加氢转化率和乙苯选择性都达到100%。 A catalyst,the SiO2 supported chitosan Schiff-base palladium complex,had been synthesized and characterized by IR and XRD,and the catalytic activity of this catalyst in hydrogenation reaction of acetophenone was also studied.The effects of the reaction time,reaction temperature,dosage of catalyst,and solvent species on hydrogenation reaction of acetophenone were also investigated.The results indicated that this catalyst exhibited excellent hydrogenation catalytic activity and high ethylbenzene selectivity.An 100% conversion of acetophenone and 100% selectivity towards ethylbenzene were obtained under the following conditions:The hydrogenation reaction of 0.5 mL of acetophenone over 0.2 g catalyst was conducted at atmospheric pressure and 313 K for 5 h in ethanol solvent using hydrogen as the reducing agent.
