摘要
制备了3,5-二溴水杨醛缩甲硫氨基酸席夫碱镍(Ⅱ)配合物修饰碳糊电极,研究了该电极催化甲醇的电化学行为。实验结果表明,电极材料组成中电活性物质BrTMSBNi为0.06g、石墨用量为0.30g时,电极有最大的氧化峰电流值;电极反应主要受扩散控制。利用循环伏安法测定了氧化峰电流值与甲醇浓度的关系,在1.2~2.0g/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9997,检出限为0.04g/L。加标回收实验表明,该电极测定溶液中的甲醇具有较高的准确度。
A 3,5-dibromo-methionine amino acid salicylaldehyde Schiff-base nickel(Ⅱ)complex modified carbon paste electrode(CPB/CPE)was prepared,and its electrochemical behavior in electrocatalytic oxidation of methanol was investigated.The experimental results show that when the electro-active substance(BrTMSBNi)is 0.06g and the dosage of graphite is 0.30g,the oxidation peak current of the electrode has the greatest value,and the electrode reaction is mainly controlled by diffusion.The relationship between the oxidation peak current and the concentrations of methanol was studied by cyclic voltammetry.It is shown that in the range of 1.2~2.0g/L,there is a good linear relationship with the detection limit of 0.04g/L and the correlation coefficient of 0.9997.The recovery experiments show that the electrode can determine the concentration of methanol in solution with high accuracy.
