摘要
剪板机刀架的刚性对金属板材的剪切质量有着重要的影响,刀架刚性过小,将导致加工板材的直线度降低、毛刺变大,严重时会引起刀片的崩刃与机床剪切能力的下降。本文结合公司LGSK-6×4050型闸式剪板机新机型研发项目,建立了该机刀架刚性分析的力学模型,采用有限元方法对该机刀架的刚性进行了分析,分析得出了在剪切力与剪切水平推力共同作用下,不同剪切位置时刀架的变形规律,分析结果与实测值具有较好的一致性。该方法对闸式剪板机刀架的设计与刚度校核具有重要的指导意义。
The rigidity of tool carrier on plate shear affects the shear quality greatly.The straightness of the processed plate will decrease and its burr will increase if the rigidity is too low, which even leads to the tipping of the blade and the decrease of shearing ability.The mechanical model of the LGSK-6×4050 new brake type plate shear has been established to study its rigidity.The deformation rules of the tool carrier under different shear position have been obtained by use of a finite element method. The analysis result coincides to the measurement result well. The method proposed in the text provides a guide for the design and intensity alignment of the tool carrier on brake type plate shear.
