摘要
介绍液压摆式剪切机机架的有限元应力计算,从受力状态和结构两方面进行优化。对其系统进行模态分析,对剪切机实际工作时局部受力点的应力进行动态测试,并对数据进行频谱分析,将测试结果同有限元计算的结果进行比较。通过分析其比较结果得出此种有限元分析方法在此类工程中应用的可靠性结论。
The finite element stress calculation of the hydraulic rocking shear stand has been described, and the optimization has been carried on in two aspects of force condition and configuration. Modal analysis has been carried for its system, dynamic testing has been performed for the stress at the local force point during the shear is in service, spectrum analysis is performed for the data, and the testing result is in comparison with the finite element calculation. By means of analysis, it is concluded that finite element analysis is reliable for the application in this kind of engineering.
