摘要
FOCKE350S硬盒包装机的商标纸吸取装置在工作过程中存在故障率高、维修时间长等问题,跟踪观察设备运行情况后,分析得出商标纸吸取装置负压偏低、连杆轴承易损坏是影响设备正常运转的主要原因。研究采用有限元分析方法对吸风轮传动轴进行静力学分析,对吸风轮传动轴加以改进。通过更改负压通道,并在传动轴与连杆连接处增加一个轴承,由单轴承支撑改为双轴承支撑,有效延长了轴承的使用寿命,极大提高了设备的有效作业率。
In order to solve problems such as high failure-rate and time-consuming repair problems of fetching device in FOCKE 350S packaging machine, collect and analyze the production data and equipment status data, find out that the main reason for the normal operation of the equipment is lower under-pressure and high damage rate of bearing. In this paper, some pertinent improvements are done on the fetching device, the axial analysis of drive shaft on the base of FEM analysis, In charge of improvement design on the axial and the negative pressure passage, add a bearing between the drive shaft and connecting rod joint.In this way, repairing time and maintenance costs is saved also equipment efficiency and product quality is highly advanced at the same time.
