摘要
以湖北省某地方高校的学生为对象进行了关于师德师风建设的问卷调查,并就师德师风建设问题召开了教师座谈会和对少量学生进行访谈,运用SPSS17.0统计分析软件对调查数据进行了处理。从学生的视角分析了该校师德师风建设的状况。为进一步加强和改进师德师风建设,首先要提高认识,不断完善师德师风建设的管理机制;其次要积极探索,不断完善师德师风建设的教育机制;最后要以评促建,不断完善师德师风建设的评价机制。
From Students＇ viewpoint, the status quo of teachers＇ professional ethics in some university of Hubei Province are analyzed. To further strengthen and improve the construction of teachers＇ professionsl ethics, firstly, wo must deepen the understanding and perfect the management mechanism; secondly, we must perfect the educational mechanism actively; thirdly, we should promote the construction via evaluation, providing a more better appraisal mechanism.
