四君子汤含药血清与氟尿嘧啶合用对胃癌细胞SGC-7901的生长抑制作用 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察四君子汤含药血清和氟尿嘧啶(FU)合用对体外培养的人胃癌细胞SGC-7901生长与增殖的抑制效应。方法将低、中、高3种剂量的四君子汤含药血清与FU配伍分别作用于3个实验组的人胃癌SGC-7901细胞,另设不含药血清组和FU单用组,共计5个组,药物作用时间均为24h。采用倒置显微镜观察各组SGC-7901细胞的生长状态与形态改变;用MTT方法计算各组细胞的生长抑制率。结果药物处理组细胞变小、变圆、悬浮等情况明显高于对照组;四君子汤含药血清与FU合用各组对SGC-7901细胞的生长抑制作用明显高于FU单用组,并呈剂量依赖性。结论四君子汤能增强FU对胃癌SGC-7901细胞生长的抑制效果。 Objective To investigate the effect of Sijunzi decoction medicated serum combined with fluorouracil on the growth and pro- liferation of human carcinoma cell line SGC -7901 in vitro. Methods Five groups were set for the study as: FU combined high, medium, low dose groups, nonmedicared serum group, and the FU group. The human gastric carcinoma cell line SGC -7901 were treated with Sijunzi decoction medicated serum combined with fluorouracil for 24 hours respectively. The morphological changes of SGC -7901 ceils were observed with invert microscope,The effects of Sijunzi decoction medicated serum combined with fluorouracil on the growth of SGC -7901 cells were detected by MTT assay. Results Comparing with controls, the growth and proliferation of SGC - 7901 cells were significantly inhibited by Sijunzi decoction combined with fluorouracil, and the growth inhibiting rates to SGC -7901 cells were revealed in a medicated serum dose - dependent manner. Conclusion The combination of Sijunzi decoction and fluorouracil can enhanced the growth inhibitive effect of FU to human gastric carcinoma SGC -7901 cells.
