介绍了膳食纤维(dietaryfiber,DF)的分类、生理功能、提取测定及其应用,并对膳食纤维的应用前景进行了展望。
The types of dietary fiber were introduced. The physiological function, extraction, determination and application of the dietary fiber were described. The application development of this field in the future was prospected.
