基于BWT的DNA序列数值刻画及其应用

摘要 生物序列的数值刻画在对生物学数据进行分析方面有着重要的作用。通过对DNA序列的BWT序列进行分块处理,给出了DNA序列的一种7维向量表示,利用correlation函数计算序列之间的相似性,并把这种方法应用到15个物种的β球蛋白基因及12个汉坦病毒的相似性分析中。 Numerical characterizations of bio - sequences play an important role in the analysis of the bio/ogical data. Based on the BWT sequence, a 7 - D vector is constructed to represent DNA sequence, and then the similarity among sequences is calculated by means of correlation function. The similarity analysis ofB globin genes of 15 species and 12 hantaviruses shows the application of our method.
