摘要
为了研究转反义乙烯基因番茄的F2代特性,以TF1、TF2、TF3、NR四个不同基因型为材料,非转化番茄为对照,测定了生长指标(茎间长、茎粗、分枝数)和花粉粒的生活力。结果显示:四种转基因植株的花粉生活力、茎间长、茎粗、分枝数有明显的差异,其中花粉生活力TF3基因型的最高,TF1基因型的最低;NR的分枝数最高,而TF3的最低;TF1的茎粗最高,NR的最低;TF1的节间最长,TF2的最低。通过各指标的隶属函数计算,综合分析出TF1番茄生长最旺,最健壮(植株的各项指标都较高,茎最粗、节间最长、分枝数多等),为1级,其次是NR、TF3、TF2,CK最弱。转基因番茄的长势强于对照。所以,反义乙烯基因的插入,可以增强番茄植株的生长势。
We studied The growth index (internode length, stem diameter, branch number) and activity of mierospore of F2 generation, with the 4 genotypes of transgenic mutants TF1, TF2, TF3, NR and wild species (CK), in order to analyze the growth characteristics of transgenic anti-sense ethylene mutants. The results showed that internode length, stem diameter, branch number and activity of microspore of TF1, TF2, TF3, NR were significantly different. The activity of microspore with TF3 was strongest and TF1 was weakest. The branch number of NR was the most and TF3 was the least. The stem of TF1 was the widest and NR was the thinnest. The internode length of TF1 was the longest and TF2 was the shortest. Growth of TF1 was the most vigorous and strongest in 4 genotypes according to subjection function of all indexes followed by NR, TF3, TF2 and CK in turn. Growth vigor of transgenie tomato mutants was stronger than CK. So, growth vigor of tomato plant may be increased by inserting anti-sense ethylene gene.
