摘要 生物序列是由4种核苷酸组成的核酸序列和由20种氨基酸组成的蛋白质序列.论文介绍生物序列研究中的计数方法、组分分析方法、隐马尔可夫模型方法以及它们的某些应用. Biological sequences include the sequences of nucleic acids consisting of 4 kinds of nucleotides and the sequences of proteins consisting of 20 kinds of amino acids. In this article some mathematical methods and their applications, including the counting of words,the method of composition analysis,and hidden Markov models, are presented for biological sequences.
