摘要
综述了纳米MnZn铁氧体粉体几种常见的制备方法。其中包括:高能球磨法、自蔓延燃烧高温合成法、化学共沉淀法、水热法、溶胶-凝胶法等。详细介绍各种制备方法的特点与研究进展,总结了各制备方法的优缺点。阐述了纳米MnZn铁氧体粉作为中间产物在制备某些特殊性能MnZn铁氧体产品中的应用前景,提出了未来大规模制备纳米MnZn铁氧体粉体的研究方向。
This paper summarized several common preparation methods of MnZn ferrite nanoparticles, including high-energy ball milling process, SHS process, co-precipitation process, hydrothermal process, and sol-gel process. The traits and research progress of various preparation methods mentioned above were discussed in detail, and also the advantages and disadvantages of each methods were listed. Besides, potential applications of MnZn ferrite nanopartieles were elaborated, as well as the research orientation of large-scale preparation of MnZn ferrite nanoparticles in the future.
