摘要
采用柠檬酸盐燃烧法合成超微W型铁氧体.用XRD、TEM、VSM测试其结构和磁性能,结果表明:该法前驱体在1100℃煅烧制得W型铁氧体,性能与其他方法制得的铁氧体有较大差别.实验表明控制柠檬酸的量对结构和磁性能有一定的影响.
Ultrafine W-type ferrite powders were prepared by citrate combustion method,and their microstructures and magnetic properties were measured by XRD,TEM and VSM. The results indicate that properties of ferrite powders calcined at 1100℃are different from those of ferrite powders obtained by other methods. Experiments also show that the amount of citric acid can affect microstructures and magnetic properties of ferrite powders.
