摘要 目的了解泌尿生殖道感染中解脲脲原体(Uu)感染及其耐药情况。方法对939例非淋球菌性泌尿生殖道感染标本进行解脲脲原体培养鉴定、计数和药敏试验。结果 939例标本中共检出解脲脲原体阳性242例,阳性率为25.7%,其中,男性15.2%(95/626),女性47.0%(147/313),两者显著差异(P<0.01);10种抗菌药物中,敏感性较高的为强力霉素(97.18%)、美满霉素(96.05%)和交沙霉素(96.05%),耐药率较高的为环丙沙星(65.54%)、氧氟沙星(72.32%)和罗红霉素(49.15%)。结论解脲脲原体是泌尿生殖道感染的主要病原菌之一,监测其耐药性对指导临床用药有重要意义,强力霉素、美满霉素和交沙霉素可作为治疗解脲脲原体感染的首选药物。 Objective To investigate the infection status and drug resistance of Ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu) on Genitourinary tract infections.Methods Totally 939 samples of NGU patients were collected,cultured and tested for drug sensitivity.Results 242 Ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu) strains were isolated from 939 samples.The positive rate was 25.7%.The positive rate of male patients was 15.2%(95/626),the positive rate of female patients was 47.0%(147/313),between which there was significant difference(P〈0.01).Drug sensitivity results showed that Ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu) was susceptiable to Deoxycycline(97.18%), Minocycline(96.05%) and Josamycin(96.05%),while it was resistant to Ciprofoxacin(65.64%),Ofloxacin(72.32%) and Roxithromycin(49.15%).Conclusion Ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu) is one of the most common pathogen of genitourinary tract infections.Resistance monitoring of Ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu) played an important role in clinical drug treatment.
