泌尿生殖道支原体感染及耐药性分析 被引量:16

Mycoplasma Infection in Genitourinary Tract and Drug Resistance

摘要 目的调查泌尿生殖道支原体感染的菌种分类及其耐药现状,为临床医师合理用药提供科学依据。方法采用法国生物梅里埃公司生产的MycoplasmaIST2支原体检测与药敏试剂盒对2022例疑似非淋病性尿道炎患者进行支原体培养和药敏试验。结果支原体检测阳性率为33.0%;其中解脲脲支原体(Uu)阳性率最高,为79.0%;人支原体(Mh)阳性率为0.3%,Uu和Mh混合感染阳性率为18.0%;Uu药敏结果显示,对氟喹诺酮类抗菌药物敏感率最低,环丙沙星(9.7%)、氧氟沙星(30.7%);对普那霉素(100.0%)、多西环素(100.0%)、交沙霉素(98.4%)敏感率最高;对红霉素、阿奇霉素、克拉霉素、四环素敏感率在44.6%~82.8%。结论在泌尿生殖道中Uu感染率最高,应重点防治。 OBJECTIVE To investigate flora distribution and drug-resistance of mycoplasma infection in urogenital tract and provide the scientific accordance for the clinically reasonable application of antibiotics.METHODS The mycoplasma cultivation and drug sensitivity testing were performed for 2022 suspective patients with non-gonococcal urethritis by bioMérieux Mycoplasma IST2 kit.RESULTS The total positive detection rate of mycoplasma was 33.0%.The positive detection rate of ureaplasma urealyicum(Uu),Mycoplasma Hominis(Mh) and combination infection were 79.0%,0.30%,and 18.0%,respectively.The rates of drug sensitivity to quinolones,such as ciprofloxacin(9.7%) and ofloxacin(30.7%),were the lowest.The rates of drug sensitivity to pristinamycin(100.0%),doxycycline(100.0%) and Josamycin(98.4%) were the highest.The rates of drug sensitivity to erythromycin,azithromycin,clarithromycin and tetracycline were between 44.6% and 82.8%.CONCLUSION The infection rate of Uu is the highest in genitourinary tract infection.Prevention and treatment should be strengthened.
