摘要
目的探讨医学新生心理健康状况及其影响因素,为学生心理健康教育工作者提供理论依据和实践指导。方法使用《个人信息调查表》和《SCL-90症状自评量表》对乌鲁木齐市某高等医科院校民、汉新生的相关情况进行抽样调查,分析民、汉新生心理健康状况的差异及影响因素。结果 "强迫"、"人际关系敏感"、"偏执"、"忧郁"为困扰民、汉医学新生心理健康水平的四大问题。不同民族医学新生的心理健康状况差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),表现为汉族学生心理健康水平显著高于少数民族学生。影响医学新生心理健康状况的因素有入学动机、报考满意度和家庭氛围等。结论教师应重视医学新生的心理健康状况及其影响因素,采取有针对性的措施,促进学生身心健康。
Objective To explore the mental health conditions of the medical freshmen and its influence factors,which provides a theoretical basis and practical guideline for mental health education for students.Methods By using a personal information list and SCL-90 scale,sampling survey on relevant information was employed among minority and Han freshmen from some higher medical institution in Urumqi.Res-ults According to the sampling survey,there were four main aspects on mental health level of the minority and Han medical freshmen,they were ＂obsessive-compulsive＂,＂sensitive interpersonal relationship＂,＂bigoted＂ and ＂melancholy＂.The differences between different national medical freshmen were statistical significant（P0.01）,which showed that the Han students′ mental health level was higher significantly than minority students′.The major influence factors for mental health conditions included motivation of entering a school,school satisfaction and atmosphere of a family,and so on.Conclusion Teachers should pay attention to these medical freshmen′s mental health condition and its influence factors,and take pertinent measures to promote the students′ physical and mental health.
