摘要
针对砂土软基上的大型风力发电机组塔架基础结构,基于ANSYS平台建立了三维有限元数值模型,引入了基础钢环与混凝土及砂土地基之间的非线性接触,研究了软基对风机塔架基础特殊形式的受力影响,明确了塔架基础结构的受力特性和规律。对基础与地基的脱开、滑移现象进行了细致的分析。研究认为,对于大型风机基础分析考虑接触特性是必要的。该研究成果为风机基础的设计和优化提供了科学依据。
A ANSYS-based three-dimension finite element model for wind generator foundation founded on soft sand soil is established for analyzing the structure of foundation, in which, the nonlinear contact of the steel ring to concrete and sand soil is introduced. The contact characteristics and mechanics performances of wind foundation are analyzed and the mechanism of disengagement and sliding between the soil and foundation is also studied by above model. The study shows that it is necessary to consider contact characteristics for large-scale wind generator. The results provide a scientific basis for the design and optimization of wind generator foundation.
