摘要
基于ANSYS平台建立了水平轴风力发电机的三维"一体化"耦联数值模型,研究风力发电机组塔架的频率和振型。比较了"一体化"耦联模型与"传统集中质量法"模型的计算差别,研究了地基与顶端机组质量对塔架模态的影响,探讨了塔架在工作时可能发生的共振情况。"一体化"耦联模型和"传统集中质量法"模型对应振型规律相似,但自振频率差值较大,耦联模型更加符合工程实际。
The ANSYS-based three-dimensional integrated coupled numerical model is established herein to analyze the frequencies and modes of tower of horizontal axis wind turbine-generator. The calculation results of traditional centralized quality model and this integrated model are compared. The influences of the quality of turbine-generator and the foundation on tower medal are studied, and the possible resonance response of tower is also discussed. The modes calculated by two models have a similar pattern, but the frequencies have a larger difference. The integrated coupling model is more in line with actual engineering situation.
