摘要
为提高感应电机测试系统的性能,研究了一种只需检测电机定子电压、电流的全电量式综合测试系统。详细推导了感应电动机的电机功率和转矩表达式,引入模型参考自适应算法用于电机转速的间接观测,进而在无需安装机械式传感器的前提下实现了电机电参数的测量。为增强系统的适应场合,采用Profibus总线进行数据传送,给出了数据通信协议、系统结构组成以及软硬件设计方法。试验表明,该系统有效地降低了成本,减小了体积,提高了灵活性和可靠性。
To enhance the performance of the detecting system for inductance motors, the wholly electric comprehensive testing system that is only necessary to detect the voltage and current of the stator of the motor has been researched. The expressions of power and torque of the inductance motor are derived in detail, and the model reference adaptive algorithm for indirectly observing rotary speed of the motor is intro- duced thus the measurement for electrical parameters of the motor is completed without installing mechanical transducers. In order to extend the adaptive field of the system, data transfer is conducted by using Profibus. The data communication protocol, the composition of the system as well as the design method for hardware and software are given. The experiments indicate that the system effectively reduces the cost and minish the dimensions of the equipment; as well as increases the flexibility and reliability.
