摘要
在化工企业中供电可靠性是衡量电能质量的重要指标,更是维护生产安全绝对保障。该文通过对变电所UPS停机事件的经过、原因进行分析,制订相应的措施及防范对策;加强员工的培训及巡检督察,对低压母线停电的倒闸操作票进行修订,添加对UPS主备电源的检查和UPS运行参数、开关位置、报警信息的检查程序等;确保低压母线停电倒闸操作过程中UPS供电正常,防止停电事件的再次发生。
In chemical enterprises, power supply reliability is not only an important index to measure power quality,but also an absolute guarantee to maintain production safety. Through the analysis of the process and causes of a UPS shutdown event in a substation, the paper formulates corresponding measures and preventive countermeasures;Strengthen staff training and patrol inspection, revise the switching operation ticket of low-voltage bus power failure, and add the inspection procedures for UPS main and standby power supply and UPS operation parameters,switch position and alarm information;Ensure that the UPS power supply is normal during the power failure and switching operation of low-voltage bus, and prevent the recurrence of power failure.
