改性壳聚糖絮凝丝胶蛋白废水的动力学研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵壳聚糖对真丝绸脱胶废水进行絮凝处理,利用激光粒度仪对壳聚糖-丝胶絮凝颗粒粒径的增长过程进行在线监测,分析了絮体增长的大体趋势,通过响应曲面法对实验进行模拟,得出了二次方程模型并分析了拟合程度,同时讨论了各个动力因素及相互作用对粒径增长的影响。结果表明:当G0=3 281.53 s-1、T0=59.03 s、G1=200 s-1、T1=15.18 min时,絮体的平均生长速度可达到最大值71.87μm/min,有利于大尺寸颗粒的形成和絮体的沉降,使废水的处理效果达到最佳。 Silk degumming wastewater was flocculated by 2-hydroxypropyltrimethyl ammonium chloride chitosan(HACC) and the size growth of the flocs was monitored on line by laser particle sizer.Then the result was simulated by response surface method(RSM).Quadratic-equation model and its fitting degree were obtained and the influences of dynamic factors on size growth were analyzed.The results showed that the maximal growth rate of the flocs,being 71.87μm/min,could be obtained under the condition of G0=3 281.53 s-1,T0=59.03 s,G1=200 s-1 and T1=15.18 min.In this case,it was helpful to form big-size flocs and settle them down so that the treatment effects on wastewater could be ideal.
