无土栽培用非织造布基质针刺工艺的优化 被引量:1

摘要 根据Design-Expert软件设计的实验方案,以及非织造布针刺工艺,生产17个以棉纺厂的下脚料为原料的非织造布基质.采用响应曲面法,建立针刺工艺参数与基质主要物理性能和草坪综合评价的数学模型,实现基质针刺工艺的优化.并根据各指标的响应曲面图,分析影响基质物理性能的主要工艺参数. According to the experimental scheme of Design-Expert software and needle-punching process, 17 types of non-woven substrates which adopt waste material in cotton mill are produced. Afterwards, using response surface methodology (RSM), the mathematical models about the needling process parameters, the main properties of substrate and the synthetical evaluation of the lawns are set up by experiment, optimized needling process of non-woven substrate is realized. Moreover, based on the response surface of each index, the main process parameters that influence the properties of substrate are analyzed.
