摘要
创新气氛测量工具的选择取决于创新气氛的研究层次。团队层面上创新气氛的测量工具为TCI(Team Climate Inventory)量表。通过对TCI量表相关研究的回顾,发现绝大多数国外研究支持TCI四因子模型和五因子模型。采用实证研究的方法对TCI量表进行修订,最终确定的量表包括目标认同,任务导向和创新支持,参与安全和团队互动共5个因子,25个题目,该结论与国外TCI量表五因子模型基本一致。未来可自主开发适合中国企业文化的团队创新气氛量表和对团队创新气氛进行关系研究。
The choice for instruments assessing innovation climate depends on the level of study of Innovative climate.TCI(Team Climate Inventory) is the instrument assessing team climate for innovation.This paper reviews the development of TCI and finds that almost all the foreign study supports TCI four-factor and five-factor models.The paper uses survey research to modify TCI.The final questionnaire includes five dimensions: vision,task orientation,support for innovation,participative safety and team interaction,with totally 25 items.The conclusion is basically the same as the foreign TCI five-factor model.The future research may focus on the relationship study for team innovative climate and develop TCI specifically for Chinese enterprise culture.
