摘要
围绕高校学术团队及其创新能力的内涵,从影响团队创新能力的因素、团队创新绩效、团队核心能力和核心竞争力等方面对国内外学者的最新研究进行综述,并在此基础上对相关研究的特点与不足进行分析与讨论。
Centering on the content of colleges and universities academic team and innovation capability, the article reviewed the latest studies of domestic and foreign scholars from the innovative capability of the factors that affect the team, the team innovative performance, the team core competencies and team core competitive, and based on them, the article analyzed and discussed the current research characteristics and shortcomings.
