摘要 本文介绍了微波杀菌技术在国内外的研究进展,微波杀菌的机理,微波杀菌的优缺点,微波杀菌在工业中的具体应用以及微波杀菌所存在的问题,并对微波杀菌技术的前景进行了展望。 This paper describes the microwave sterilization technology research at home and abroad, the mechanism, the advantages and disadvantages of microwave sterilization, their industry applications, as well as the problems of microwave sterilization. Finally, forecast the prospect of microwave wave sterilization technology.
