摘要
研究了溶液中甲萘威、克百威的共振荧光光谱特性,并进行了两种农药残留的同步测定。在pH=6.0的磷酸盐缓冲介质中,两种农药均能产生较强的共振荧光信号,且共振荧光强度与农药的浓度呈一定的线性关系。于共振荧光峰强度最大波长处测量系列标准溶液和空白溶液的光谱强度I和I0,计算ΔI=I-I0,然后在工作曲线上查找ΔI对应的浓度,即可求出试样中农药残留的含量。
The resonance fluorescence characteristics of carbaryl and carbofuran solution were revealed, and the two pesticide residues were simultaneous determined. In phosphate buffer solution with pH 6, the two pesticides showed strong resonance fluorescence signals, and the resonance fluorescence intensity was proportional to the concentration of the pesticides. When recording the resonance fluorescence intensity of standard solution I and blank I0 measured at maximum wavelength and calculating △I=I-I0, the corresponding concentration of △I in the work curve was fixed, so the pesticide residues content can be quantitatively determined.
