摘要
介绍了两种形式的旋流器串联分级分别在两个选矿工艺流程中的应用实例,考查了一次分级和串联分级的产品粒度,并利用水力旋流器分级特性曲线研究其分离效果,证明在不同的条件下采用不同形式的串联分级工艺,可以分别达到其独特的分级效果。对沉砂进行再分级的串联分级用于精矿过滤前的脱泥时,保证了分级沉砂较低的含泥量;对溢流进行再分级的串联分级用于浮选前的脱泥时,既降低含泥量又可以减少可选粒级的有用颗粒在分级溢流中的损失。采用串联分级对于选矿厂强化分级效果具有实践意义。
This paper introduces two kinds application of hydrocyclone series - classification in different mineral processing flowsheet, checks product granule of one classification and series - classification and utilizes hydrocyclone curve to study its separation effi- ciency, which proofs that it can reach the different special classification efficiency in the different conditions to adopt the different types of series - classification technology. Series - classification of the grit re - classification could ensure the low percent of mud when ap- plied before concentrate filtering. Series - classification of the overflow re - classification not only could ensure the low percent of mud but also reduce wastage of the valuable and floatable granule when applied before flotation. For the mineral processing plant, adopting series -classification is practiced to strengthen the classification efficiency.
