摘要
提高高岭土白度是高岭土增值的重要手段,本文以福建某高岭土为试样,介绍用还原加络合的方法进行漂白的研究成果,该方法显著提高了高岭土的白度、有效降低了高岭土中铁的含量,为该高岭土矿山生产高白度产品提供了一种简便有效的方法,最终产品白度达到86%,可满足橡胶填料、塑料填料等领域的应用要求。
It is necessary for kaolin to apply a bleaching process,the quality of kaolin was much improved. As the test sample, a certain place＇s kaolin of Fujian was bleached with reduction and complexing ways according to its physical and chemical properties. The iron content of kaolin was reduced effectively for increasing the whiteness. The experimental result provides a convenient and effective way for producing kaolin with 86% whiteness to this mine district. The bleached kaolin can meet the needs of some fields such as rubber fillings, plastics fillers.
