摘要
基于CFD平台,融合计算机技术、数值仿真技术、系统集成技术,采用结构参数优化设计思想,以及面向对象的方法,开发了油水分离旋流器CFD优化设计系统软件。通过便捷的参数输入图形化界面,完成模型的前处理、求解计算和后处理功能,使用户不必掌握CFD高深理论即可方便地使用该系统进行旋流器模型优化设计,为油水分离旋流器的结构优化设计提供新的技术手段。
Based on CFD platform, computer technology, numeric emulation technology, system integration technology, optimal structural parameter design method, and objects oriented method, software using to the optimal design of Hydro cyclone about oil-water separation is developed. Using convenient graphic interface to enter parameter, we complete preprocessor, solve calculation, post-process ability. So, customer needed not to master complicated CFD theory, they can use this system conveniently to design Hydro cyclone model. A new way to Hydro cyclone's optimal structural design is provided as well in this paper.
