摘要
目的研究新型伤湿止痛贴膏剂(热熔压敏胶基质)体外透皮速率和释放规律。方法采用HPLC法测定透皮接收液和释放液中指标成分马钱子碱、士的宁和硫酸阿托品的量,计算其体外透皮速率和释放速率。结果马钱子碱、士的宁和硫酸阿托品在体外透皮试验中,分别以7.44%.h?1/2、10.53%.h?1/2、4.73%.h?1/2的速率恒速渗透;体外释药速率分别为10.35%.h?1/2、18.13%.h?1/2、4.88%.h?1/2,其释放过程符合Higuchi方程。结论以热熔压敏胶为基质的新型伤湿止痛贴膏剂为骨架控释型释药系统。
Objective To determine the percutaneous rate and in vitro drug release rule of new type Shangshi Zhitong Plaster（hot-melt pressure sensitive adhesive）.Methods The content of brucine,strychnine,and Atropine sulphate in percutaneous reception fluid and release fluid were determined by HPLC,and the in vitro percutaneous rate and in vitro drug release rate were computed.Results The in vitro percutaneous permeation at a constant rate of brucine,strychnine,and atropine were 7.44%.h？1/2,10.53%.h？1/2,and 4.73%.h？1/2,and their in vitro release rates were 10.35%.h？1/2,18.13%.h？1/2,and 4.88%.h？1/2.Conclusion New type Shangshi Zhitong Plaster which were made of hot-melt pressure sensitive adhesive can be prepared as controlled release matrix system of skin permeation rate-limited type.
