The Study of the Flow Pattern and Characters of a 2 000 t/d DD Calciner

摘要 通过冷态模型试验、实际预分解窑系统的热工检测及各种隐参数的反求计算,对耀县水泥厂2 000 t/d DD分解炉的气固两相运动规律及性能特点进行了综合研究与分析评价。结果表明DD分解炉具有总体合理的气体三维流场,利于物料在炉内的良好分散,但因缺乏必要的横向混合而空间利用率有所降低。分解炉料气停留时间比值为4.8,物料在实际分解炉内的停留时间约8.3 s。该系统的DD炉体积过小,使物料和煤粉停留时间偏短。 Through model tests, practical systemic thermal measurement and back calculation of various hidden parameters, the the flow patterns of gas and solidphases in DD calciner for 2 000 t/d and its thermal performances were synthetically studied. The results proved that the dispersing state and distribution of material in DD calciner are perfect, the ratio of the average retention time of powder material and that of gas t m/t g is about 4.8. But the volume utilization ratio of DD type calciner is still not very ideal because of sole spout flow in the calciner and the calciner volume of DD calciner of Yaoxian Cement Plant is too small, that makes a shorter retention time of pulverized coal, results in a poor adaptability for fuel, and limits the clinker output of the kiln system.
