摘要
本文在原喷腾分解炉的基础上,提出了一种改进方案,采用 k-ε- Ap两相湍流模型,对改进喷腾分解炉内气固两相流动特性进行了数值模拟。计算结果表明,采用喷腾分解炉加高速射流改善炉内气流速度及物料浓度分布的方法是行之有效的。
Based on oringinal spouting precalciner, an innovative solution is proposed. Two- phase flows properties inside the new spouting precalciner have been simulated by means of k-ε - Ap two- phase flows turbulence models. The calculated results show that the method that improves the profile of gas velocity and raw meal concentration with high velocity jets in spouting precalciners is feasible and it will be a fast and convenient method in the construction of new calciners or the innovation of existing calciners.
