摘要
基于“动量传递、热量传递、质量传递和反应器过程”的基本原理,建立了4种不同系列不同级数的旋风预热器系统的预热过程质量平衡、气体平衡与热量平衡的数学模型,通过对具体实例的分析计算,表明该方法的计算结果能较好地反应实际情况,为设计和优化预热器系统提供了一条有效的途径和方法.
Basing on the basic principle of momentum transfer, heat transfer, mass transfer, and reaction, this paper establishes the mathematical models about the mass balance, gas balance, and heat balance during the pre-heating process of 4 kinds of whirlwind pre-heater systems which are with different series and different stage numbers. By analysis and calculation to the practical examples, it is showed that the actual situation can be better reflected by the calculated results when the method is applied. So it provides an effective way and method for planning and optimizing the pre-heating system.
